Sales Coaching

Developmental Sales Coaching is a program that increases one’s effectiveness as a leader and manager. The Manager will learn how to achieve results through the team, how to have performance-related conversation and create an accountable culture within their team. The scope of the training covers sales coaching framework and techniques, identify and remove obstacles that prevents team from achieving results, and how to deliver results through team through culture of accountability. At this programme’s conclusion, participants should be able:

  • Provide a highly effective and efficient coaching process, along with the skills to use with the salespeople
  • Increase awareness of the leader’s current approach and provide feedback on strengths and areas of improvement, and support the leader in reaching their next level as high-impact coach
