This course is designed to initiate an understanding of business improvement and its components for managers and executives in a competitive world environment where resources are limited and the markets are constantly changing. Businesses and their key executives must be able to recognise threats and opportunities at all times, and able take appropriate actions to capitalise on opportunities while preventing risks from damaging the business and its customers.

Senior managers have the responsibility to seek and initiate improvements while their supporting executives must be prepared to implement and drive initiatives to fruition within their organisations.
