Organisational Effectiveness

Organisational Effectiveness (OE) as a subject, covers a very broad spectrum of how an organization achieves desired outcomes in the most optimal and effective way. To put it simply, it is the effective manner in which an organization achieves its goals. OE from a strategic Human Capital viewpoint, would cover Organisational Designs & Structure, Leadership & People Development, Talent Management, Process Improvement Technology & Innovation and Performance Management. From a more granular viewpoint, the above topics would dovetail into Productivity, Staff Retention, Empowerment, Decision Making and People Engagement. For the purpose of this course, we will concentrate on Talent Management, Performance Management and People Development.
